This one-of-a-kind ring is inspired by the Sacred Heart — a symbol of love, devotion, compassion and a heart that remains open despite what it has endured.
I wanted to reinterpret that symbolism through jewellery: the idea of carrying love close to you, protecting your heart while still allowing it to burn brightly. A little talisman for love, courage and devotion.
This ring is produced in sterling silver, the central peace symbol is set with black opal inlay and the frame is red garnets. Each piece is hand made in my Margate studio and is as unique and individual as the craftsperson that made it and the customer who buys it.
