Whispering Cherubs Necklace

A piece steeped in old-world romance, this necklace centres around a deep red fragment of Venetian glass discovered in the winding streets of Venice. Suspended within it are two cherubs, captured mid-whisper, as though sharing a secret meant only for one another.

The glass glows with the rich crimson of cathedral light and antique velvet, evoking the quiet intimacy of hidden chapels and Renaissance paintings. It hangs from a delicate beaded chain reminiscent of a rosary, a subtle nod to devotion, ritual, and the sacred beauty woven through Italian art and architecture.

Both tender and mysterious, the whispering cherubs seem to carry a message across centuries. A reminder that love, secrecy, and longing have always spoken in hushed voices.

Each piece is hand made in my Margate studio and is as unique and individual as the craftsperson that made it and the customer who buys it.

C A R E :  Just like you, my beautiful jewellery does need to be looked after. Skin and hair products can react, causing the  gold plating to tarnish and erode. Remove the piece before washing up, showers and bed to keep the gold plate bright. Apply perfumes, lotions and creams before you put your jewellery on. Please note that after a long period of time plating will eventually wear off.
